We currently deliver to:

• All areas within the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland)

• Excludes Channel Islands, Isle of Man, and PO Boxes

🚨 Note: Delivery times exclude weekends and public holidays.

🕒 Order Processing Times

• Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

• Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next working day.

We use trusted UK couriers such as Royal Mail, DPD, Evri, and Yodel, depending on your location and delivery choice.

📬 Tracking Your Order

Once dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your parcel’s journey to your door.

📦 Missed Deliveries

If you're not available to receive the package:

• The courier may attempt re-delivery or leave a card with instructions.

• You can usually reschedule or arrange pickup from a local depot.

🚫 Undeliverable Orders

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or after failed delivery attempts:
